I'm more
than happy to present you the PAFi teams!
In future
these teams will take over numerous activities of PAFi. They will take care of
routines as well as developing the areas they are responsible for.
The PAFi
team members gathered on the 19th of January in Heinola and I can
assure you that PAFi's activities are now in good hands!
Let's start
the introduction of the team responsible for the sponsor dog programme.
Lotta
Savinko was chosen to be in charge of the team. Irene Hiltunen, Terhi Raudanmaa
and Virva Martemo will be helping her.
This team
will be responsible for every matter imaginable relating to the sponsor dog
programme and they will also keep track of the sponsor's god dog fees on a

The team focused
on the membership issues and their development as well as organizing events includes
Marjukka Ketelä as its person in charge. Her left and right hand will be Minna
Mustonen and Terhi Raudanmaa.

By the way,
now it's just the right time to become a member of PAFi since the team
responsible of the memberships will aim at developing different kinds of
membership perks for the PAFi people.
We are in
search of volunteers for different events so don't hesitate to contact the
membership team in case you wish to help PAFi.
We managed
to gather up a team responsible of information and publication as well as
public relations. In future Johanna Mäenpää will be in charge of these
activities. As hardworking inventors and relentless harassers of media are Anu
Karinen, Kati Erholtz and Minna Tirronen.

I've
probably mentioned that the new website of PAFi is already under construction. Anja
Laaksonen has persistently worked on building these new homepages.
Annina
Koskelainen who has translated the newsletters and other texts for quite some
time will continue her job. Marjukka Ketelä will help her whenever needed.
Anja and
Annina have also promised to update and renew PAFi's fliers and other materials
to match better with the layout of the new website.

For ages
PAFi has had hardworking supporters in Tampere area. Now they have engaged themselves
in promising more action in Tampere area and in arranging different
kinds of happenings often especially to help the power lady of Tg-Jiu, Carmena.
Sanna
Alaruikka will be in charge of the Tampere team and the team will receive
support from Kukka-Katriina Järvinen, Mervi Koskinen, Niina Häkkinen, Tuija
Halme, Virpi Tuomi and Virve Siren-Haapaniemi.
The Tampere team will give good advice and tips
for organizing different kinds of events. Also the people in Tampere area are welcome to join the Tampere team.

And no, I'm
not going anywhere, I'll still be tightly involved in PAFi. I'll try to focus
all my resources more efficiently on new cooperation projects and, in
particular, issues relating to the new shelter together with Pro Animals
Romania.
